This book is very useful and I am taking max out of it.It gives me ideas specially for yummy sandwiches that kids will love instead of their typical toast fillings.Although its a small book the contents are really interesting and I made myself happy to buy it.
This is a helpful little book. It starts off talking about different types of lunchboxes, containers etc and then moves on to lots of lunch ideas. Included are recipes for baking biscuits, slices and snacks, ways to sneak more vegetables into the lunchbox, a variety of dip suggestions, lists of interesting sandwich/wrap/roll fillings and many ideas of foods to send other that sandwiches.
Getting children to eat school lunches can be a challenge, but Alison and Simon Holst come to the party and save the day. This book is a perfect gift for any parent who is sending their child off to school for the first time, or for new Nanny's.... or anyone really. The Holsts show easy and fun ways for getting children to eat otherwise unappetising veges.... willingly.
