About the Author

Paul Thompson is an Amateur Association's Chief Coach for Women and Lightweights. He has coached world-champion crews for both Australia and Great Britain. This DVD is a companion to his best-selling book Sculling - Training, Technique and Performance also published by The Crowood Press.
