The kids loved this, Boggis's chicken and bird pie are both delicious, loads of sweets as you'd imagine, some unusual ingredients/techniques - presumably English or Norwegian - but easy to follow instructions. Requires adult supervision.

THis book contains favourite recipes from Roald Dahl's books and range from very simple to those that take several days to prepare. Personally I think there are too many from Charlie and the chocolate factory and there should have been more savoury options available but the recipies are quite achievable in your own home and contain variations on classics such as chicken soup and spaghetti. A must have for all children at heart.
