This is one of the most interesting and useful recipe books I own! Love it, love the presentation and absolutely love the flavours. Visited th edelicafe on recommendation a year ago, unless you had been told about it I believe most people would drive passed.. a stunning lunch! Please reproduce this book as I want to purchase for friends.
Wow! Fantastic recipes. All so yummy. Angela Redfern has thought of everything. She thought of everything eg how to cook the basics - Qunoa, israeli couscous etc, conversion charts, useful tips. The recipes are easy to follow and she doesn't assume you already know what to do - Highly recommend.
This is the "must have cook book for NZ cooks". I absolutely love it and have bought numerous copies for friends as gifts. The recipies come out exactly as pictured. It is fool proof and the salads especially are magnificent. I would recommend to everyone.
i absolutely love this cookbook. Already i have made about ten things from it and they have all worked out and tasted fantastic. Our family is gluten free and when i made one of the cakes i just changed the flour and you wouldnt have even known. A few of the recipes used pommegranate molasses and i sourced some over the internet and im so pleased i did because it has an amazing flavour. I own alot of cookbooks but id have to say this one is top of my list.
I’ve just received this cookbook and it looks absolutely fabulous! On almost every page there are large colourful pictures of how the finished dish/baking/preserve would look. The recipes make use of ingredients that would either be in your pantry or easily available at your local shops. This book is broken up into seasonal sections (e.g. February/March) to make the most of seasonal products that are available at that time, however, many of the recipes are based on ingredients that are available throughout the year. This book would make a beautiful gift for someone (or yourself). I think it is a bargain for the price and highly recommend it.
