About the Author

Lynda Hudson is a clinical hypnotherapist who, in addition to her work with adults, specialises in using hypnotherapy with children. She has produced an innovative series of CDs for children helping them to overcome a variety of problems which are anxiety based and her work has been widely featured in magazines, newspapers and television. She gives masterclasses on Working with Children for the London College of Clinical Hypnosis and is an examiner for their general Certificate and Diploma courses. She also lectures in clinical hypnosis on University Medical Training Courses Lynda is a member of the British Psychological Society and the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis and, prior to her career in the world of therapy, was a Vice Principal of a language school. She is also involved in corporate training and coaching in stress and other management issues. She is a founder member of the Association for Coaching. Lynda is also qualified and experienced in working with patients suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
