This book has nice pictures and easy recipes, so simple in fact that it says to cut up two pieces of fruit for one recipe in the breakfast section. I think I could have come up with that one myself. But what put me off was in some recipes they recommend using canola oil! I wouldn’t waste my money on this book. There are far more informative books on the market for raw food, that offer with well thought out recipes.
