This is such a great gift to give your child! Read it first to refresh your memory on what it is like to go through puberty, and then give it to your daughter, so she can use it as a reference guide when she needs to, and as a back up for questions she may feel too embarassed to talk about. This book was a big help in our family.

This is a cool book for girls about puberty. It has detailed information, and fun illustrations. It is one of the best puberty books that i have read, and it focuses n the positivies of puberty rather than the negatives. perfect for 11 to 14 year olds.

fantastic book written in a format that is directed at young girls. Every friend who has visited our home since I purchased this book for my 11 year old, has rad it front to back. best puberty book around.

We really liked this book. It is written in plain simple language and presents things factually without making a big deal of it. It was great to just leave lying around and I noticed it was being picked up and read all the time. We've now bought the Puberty Boy book to match.
Highly recommend this to parents of young girls.
