A great and proactive book that really helps to motivate you. I spent a long time procrastinating about losing weight until I picked up a copy of this book. It was defintely the wake-up call I needed, plus it provides heaps of great information on weight loss, proteins, carbohydrates and anything else you'll need to get fitter!
