This is a great cook book with simple steps and great pictures to whet the appetite. This book is put together clearly with a lot of attention to detail. There is a great variety of food in this book and I enjoyed his insight into the greek cooking culture.
He respects the past but adapts it to suit the modern.

There are some weird ingredients that I don’t know where I would find, but a nice book to add to any collection.
