I am giving this kit a rating of 5 out of 10 and that is mainly because of the beautifully crafted pictures. The affirmations themselves are okay but could be better and in my opinions Louise L Hay has lost sight of what she originally set out to do or felt her purpose was and as her popularity has grown so has her appetitie for income and money. i feel she has just become too common and now her writings and readings and talks and tapes and calenders and kits are all changing to be 'something that sounds nice' instead of something that actually has a real and positive affect on someone and these cards are no different.
These are fantastic. I use these every day to help me start the day positively. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who would like an insperational quote to start there day. I bought these for my mum also and she loves them and also uses them everyday.
