An excellent pocket reference to save hours of leafing through individual reference books and charts. Most of it is imperial, but there are enough metric charts and conversions to make all the data useful no matter where you are working.

This should be called the little book of nerd. It has everything from how to treat a snake bite to the human body's content of individual elements, plus all of the useful and obscure conversion tables that you will ever need.
A good book to have for quick reference for practical engineering and construction designers

Even though it's US-centric, it's extremely useful. Something that belongs in every home.
