Ever wanted to get the world you created to breath life to you players. This book is fantastic to help with stuff like that. In the book you can find a great list of characters that your players may come across in their adventures. The states are all there from peasants to city guard and even royalty. This book also helps give these characters personality. Even thought the Core Book had how to make NPCs this book is how to flesh them to be remembered.
I am using this for my world creation. There is a great list of questions that can be answer in regards to your world and how you want it to look. It talks about geography, life both civilised and not.
There is Also a good section for DM's on helping with troublesome players. Although I am a new GM and my players are friends I know that it can still be hard to manage different personalities. I might be referring to this section a bit after each play.
The Treasure section is very interesting, especially the random generated stuff. They have tables to roll on that depend on the level of the characters.
I would recommend this book obviously for games masters who it is made for. A lot of the information can be used for systems other then Pathfinder.
