I found this tape to be very relaxing and also a good Meditation tool. Doreen virtue does not disappoint here. The guided past life regression starts off by taking you into a deep relaxation state of being until she lets you explore your past life’s. At the start of the tape she talks you through past life regression and explains in simple terms what it is all about. I would recommend but also go and see a practicing past life regressions professional to get the full benefits of this subject.
I brought this after a friend recommended it to me as another way of dealing with issues that keep haunting. There are two parts to this CD they first part is a one off listen where Doreen gives abit of history, how and why. The second part is the meditation. After listerning to the first half I thought this may not be the way for me to go as i'm not a visual person and it talk alot about seeing the past, I tired it anyway and to my surprize I had a pleasant journery. I didn't see anything but heard voices, thoughts and i even smelt things like flowers and coffee it was amazing. This CD has helped me come to a new awareness and understanding of myself. AMAZING STUFF!!
