The Paleo Solution by Robb Wolf is one of the best books on the market about the Paleo way of life. Robb gives an indepth and easy to read account of not only why we should all eat the foods our ancestors ate but also what sort of foods that includes. Many of the paleo/primal websites state that Robb Wolf's books are the ones to read, not only for those beginning paleo but also for those who have been on it for a while and need a refresher.
