A combination book, workbook, and journal, this text is designed to help readers confront their own mixed feelings about money. Its powerful message is spelled out in a five-step program that involves introspection and action.
I read and used this book as a workshop. It has pages of highlighted text, tags peeping out of pages, dog eared pages and even a journal that I've used to take down notes of the sections that stood out for me. I've done many of the exercises in an online journal and sucked as much goodness out of this book as I can. It's full of awesome quotes and can definitely be confronting on some personal issues in regards to how we, especially women, view money and our relationship with it.
If nothing else, you certainly walk away with the knowledge that only you are responsible for your financial situation and you'd better get some value on yourself to ensure financial success and security.
Well worth the time to read as a book and also a workbook.
