I think this is seriously the best gift with part humor and part useful guidance for the receiver. Both parties will gain satisfaction from this book. The series call themselves as “a reference for the rest of us”, which helps identify with the mass target audience of helpless people. It also provides other source mediums such as their website and further reading that they recommend. Aside from learning through a book, attending night classes on the topic and asking around friends and family to possibly give up some time to teach you is a good way to gain knowledge.
