Another new edition for this amazing, time bending classic that combines history, romance, sex, battle and bodies in such an entertaining, page-turning way. I have never been 'into' Scottish history before, but after reading this text I am so going to book a trip to Scotland and get a feel for the moors myself.
Edward is a rank sop compared to the heated, sweaty rump of Jamie Fraser! I was totally besotted by the physicality that Gabaldon manages to create with his frame and character - it's rare to get a feeling for a characters inner and outer layers.
