This book is a fantastic read, not just for managers but for anyone aspiring to become a manager in the future. it is very easy to read and to follow. It is straight to the point and the concept written about and explored in this book can be used in all aspects of our live4s. if you are wanting to be more rpoductive in the work place then this book is a must.
