I have been Freezer Cooking for a while now and have never used this book. It is sitting on my bookshelf in as new condition. The thing I like about freezer cooking is picking 8 to 10 recipes and cooking triple amounts to freeze, I can get this done in about 6 hours.
This book has lots of great detail about freezing, shopping etc BUT you prepare 30 unique recipes for the month. It seems like a lot more work than the way I am doing things now, and lets face it most people are cooking once a month to save time! The recipes look okay but aren't that different to what is in other freezer cooking books. I personally love Don't Panic Dinners in the Freezer, the recipes are great and the ingredients are listed for a single batch as well as x3, x6 and x9.
