This has some really nice projects .I have made both the cape and a doll carrier - both of which had easy to follow instructions. Most items would appeal to younger children up to 7 or 8 but there are also bags and some things that would appeal to older than this. As an added bonus there are cardboard paper dolls and it is designed so you can cut out the paper clothes on the dust jacket for them - my daughter loved playing with these .
Bought this to sew projects for my son. This has some great projects and my boys loved looking through the beautiful photos to select which project mummy was to make. However, as appears to be the norm, the majority of the projects are for little girls...
Love, love, love this book. Have made several items already, and many more planned. Instructions are great, just like the clothing patterns from the same designer. Love the cape, backpack, bear carrier, hat, dolls dress, puppet theatre, aprons, explorer vest, etc. Thoroughly recommended
