this is just another adorable book by cat in the hat....theres so many yet you just have to read them all they are so cute. A great book all about the weather for your little kiddy winks ... its never to early to teach them about something that affects our day to day living, helps teach kiddys that thunder and lightning isnt so scary, and just cute lyrics
