Nigel Denby trained as a dietitian at Glasgow Caledonian University and has since worked on Channel 4's Fit Farm and BBC's Breakfast show amongst others. Sue Baic is a Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist with the Nutrition Society and is a media spokesperson for the British Dietetic Association. Carol Ann Rinzler is the author of more than 20 books on food and health.
