Rather repetitive in parts and lots of conceptual thinking means at times extra effort is needed to concentrate. None-the-less by the end of it one is energised into thinking about what one can do to create a future that has meaning for oneself and benefit for the community. References to organisations (USA) and websites makes it a good resource book.
