This is a fantastic book that will benefit any parent who wants an alternative to the 'cry it out' method, to help thier children sleep better during the night. The author has developed a stress free step by step programme to help your baby sleep throught the night. The best thing about it is that it is so relaxed and it causes the baby no stress or anxiety at all - it's all done without crying. This book is also perfect for you if you just need reassurance that you are doing the right thing by your baby by not leaving them to cry.

I liked this book and thought it was easy to read and helpful. When you have a young baby it's so hard to find the time to sit and read a book from cover to cover. This book was great cause I would flip to a page, find some tips and come back to it later.

I loved this book. The ideas and methods were gentle, loving and respectful to my baby's needs and feelings. It takes time to see results but the methods don't involve leaving my baby to cry by herself. I love the author's tone and attitude towards motherhood. Reading the book helped my baby become a better sleeper and me a more relaxed and happier Mummy.

After buying many self help books as a first time mum, this one has got to be the most practical, and enjoyable read I have purchased. It has helped me to think of new ways to help my little one sleep, without the crying(mum and baby). I would def recommend this book to anyone who has reached a dead end and needs a solution. A guilt free, practical, and flexible solution.

Very easy and quick to read with wonderful ideas to help baby and Mum sleep through the night. I'm not one for control crying ideas and this really encourages you to not let your baby cry and the ideas do actually work. We started to see results within a couple of nights and last night baby slept from 7.30pm to 5.15am, straight! That's a 1st in 14mnths. I only wish I'd purchased this book sooner.

It's nice to read a book that considers baby by trying to find an alternative option to crying it out. I'm all for teaching with love & caring, this book seems to be following that path.
