Straight away the first thing i did not like or agree with is a review description used in conjunction with this book - 'use this breakthrough technology to "achieve whatever you want." ' - this is a misconception and a psychologist should be smart enough to know better, there is no miracle cure to lifes problems and no one gets what they want.
I did like the step by step guide on how to apply NLP to your life or to others.
The book is abit bland in writing/reading style though.
