This book is a great guide if your diabetic or just want to better contol your blood sugar levels. However I did find this book to list foods which arent relevant if your a new zealander as some foods are unavailable. Great guide to use to better understand the vast differnces between foods and particularly to notice the effects that some so called "good" foods can have on ones blood sugars.
