This was a fantastic book. It really helped me get some good nutrition into my baby and really expanded her horizons! Some recipes are very simple and basic (ie) mash some kumera and add peas! but others are a lot more interesting - like the lentil stew which my little girl loves.

I love this book! It's so practical and sensible. No silly diets or unreasonable demands on your time to make healthy and nutritious meals for your little ones. It's not only recipes, but a structure for starting your baby on solids and beyond. It gave me confidence as I approached this new step in my baby's life.

What a wonderful book for a mum like me that is not a natural cook. This book is very easy to use and the recipies are yummy and a hit with my baby. I would recommend this book to any Mum or Dad wanting to provide nutritionally balanced fresh meals for the family.
