Pavel as always has a clear explainitory style for this book. This book goes through the step by step science and reasoning behind the program and the exercises it describes as well as delving into power generation principals that can be taken across into any form of training. The program itself is simplistic and not overly time consuming, but don't let that fool you, pavel gives many derivations of the exercises to decrease physical difficulty for beginners and ramp it up for advanced. The perfect program for those times when you don't have a gym available, or for every day. Lady's don't be put off what this book proposes is relevant for sculpting the body as well as development.
Once again Pavel has shown us the true way to increase strength and power without becoming huge. Well written, great exercises, lots of ads for other products which may put people off or encourage them to buy more, their choice. Overall its a great book
Anyone can use some or all of the methods set out in this book. It is not just a book on bodyweight training but a methodology on lifting. The techniques can be used in any exercise regime. Pavel has exceptional knowledge of strength, flexibility and mental training.
His books have a very straightforward style and are very user friendly, plus there is constant online support on his Dragondoor.com forum.
this book is well writeen but you really have to be into this style of writing to enjoy it... worth being read at least once , bargan price, seen in bookshops much higher price, over ok read would give it 2 out of five stars.. If you dont like it you could always use as birdcage liner lolcd
