A remarkable sequel to a million little pieces, this book follows on what life is like for James after leaving rehab. Once again I had tears running from my eyes throughout the book, and despite the claims on the authenticy of the work it is a touching and humbling story none-the-less. His writing style is quite abstract, but I enjoy it.

The book isn't as raw or as good as its predecessor, but its good in its own way. Some of the authenticity of the events, especially the final scene, gets lost in the writers attempt to show off. Its too jittery and inconclusive. It is very unlikely that most of the events that happened were true.
It was still an enjoyable read of the bond that two people shared. Unfortunately the plot is full of little else.
