I read this book and loved the pictures and gave this book as a present to a child in my centre.
The child has moved away but will enjoy this book for years to come and take it to school or daycare to share at mat time.
Absolutely terrific website to get reading resources from as a teacher.

Without doubt a chilhood fave, though I recall a squarer book with a white cover. It is a book that a cute, funny read any small child/beginning reader would love and cherish!

Bought this book for my nephew on his 5th birthday, he doesnt know how to read properly yet and his mum started reading this book and he picked up the rhyming straight away and was finishing the lines about the cats it was great - love it.

This book is a firm favourite with several generations of children in our family. The catching rhyming and repetition make it easy for them to remember (and for me to read!) and i think most kids love the thought of hide and seek.
My 3 year old niece loves it and when i say BUT she immediately repeats MY CAT LOVES TO HIDE IN BOXES.
I highly recommend it.

This book is a firm favourite with the kids in my family. The rhyming and repetition make it enjoyable for them and easy for me to read.

I love this book. It reminds me of watching Play School as a child and now reading it to my daughter, I see she loves this book as well. The pictures are so cute as well! Would recommend for a young child who likes cats!

Hi, I brought the book for my daughter who is 4 1/2 yrs old & who has a very strong love for cats. She loved the book, so fare i have had to read her the story every night before bed.
