This book is great for those who work with a children or who have children who do not know how to show how they are feeling through expression. For example they maybe upset but smile which will make it hard for the other person (adult or child) to understand how that young child is feeling which in turn can cause the child to react in anger. This book is a workshop style book which allows the owner of the book to have the child write on the book with a texta which is easily rubbed off as it is similar to the white board style concept. It is a bright book which goes through the differnt emotions with different photos of an emotion and asks the child what they can do when in that mood. It is a great resouce and the simple style makes it good for those who have simple language to use.
