A great little book about a mouse who wrangles his way out of becoming the dinner of a weasel. Although it has simple text and is suitable for the 6 - 8 age group, it sends a message that using your head can sometimes work better that using brute strength. The cunning of this mouse and his love of books sees him come out unscathed, while the weasel doesn't quite get the soup that he has bargained for.
