My overall impression of this book and the series is that its qulity in content and formatting and layout design makes it above average, better than many DIY books out there. Illustrations within are minimal, which is disappointing as it looks like a book that is suppose to appeal to the “rest of us”. Most of us learn far better with images than literary. The creators should keep that in mind, because teaching through a book can be more ineffective than tutoring so it needs more oomph to make info stay in the learner’s mind.
