this is from again the authors of mens health magazine. I found this book to be okay and provided me with some useful information regarding nutrition, exercise selection, diet, recovery and the likes. I would not say that the diet advice is all that great but for some it may be appealing, i would suggest book of muslce is of a higher quality but thus book is about getting hard.

A nice sized book packed with information on dozens of exercises for targeting numerous parts of the body, nutrious meals a guy can make (Either for bulking up or losing weight), advice on which exercises to do for specific effects (Better sex, looking more intimidating, etc...).
A great thing to have for guys who aren't sure how to go about starting a new workout regime.
