A very nice book. The description of the exercises is great. The illustrations are clear and very helpful. It has got 100s of exercises with several variations. The workout plans are also very good and varied. There are also sections on diet. Couldn't ask for more. The only complain is that the book is too big to carry to the gym !!

This is a great book with good pictures demonstrating the different excercises. It also goes through the benefits of working each muscul group. One of the problems I find is that it doesn't tell you the benefits of the different forms of the exercies, ie arms at shoulder width or with a wide grip. It also has a bit of an American emphasis at times. But overall well worth getting.

This is a excellant book for people who wants a great inside to the world of weights or every body targated. I recommend this book to everyone that is looking to work all parts or single parts of your body and rebuild. Love and enjoy this book BIG TIME!!
