This is the very best language education book I have ever bought! Using the steps and strategies set out by Jeff Anderson has helped many of my students learn and retain complex concepts of written lanuage. This simple system is somewhere between Traditional Grammar and Functional Grammar, and allows the students to easily construct (and deconstruct) beautiful writing, instead of just plain, old functional writing. This book treats childrens' writing like the art form it is!
