This is just absolutely beautiful. Loads of colour plates showing close-up detail. It starts from the sixth century and works it way through to the sixteenth century. Lots of colour and design to inspire you. Boarders as well as individual letters. A few pages have full alphabets others just have a few letters. There are close-ups of corner detail. A really great resource. Buy it you won't be sorry.
