About the AuthorBrian Dibble holds a Personal Chair in Comparative Literature at Curtin University, and his cattle have won ribbons at the Perth Royal Show. Jim Evans is Professor Emeritus of Journalism and Agricultural Communications at the University of Illinois, helps run a family farm, and has collected rural humour since he was a boy. Richard Woldendorp's photographs of landscape have won so many awards and been collected and published so widely that he is now a Western Australian 'State Living Treasure'.
