Very good book. If you're struggling with those last few kilograms or are just stuck in a rut, it's a great book for just tweaking your workout and learning a bit more about what foods have an adverse effect on your dieting habits...
The best bit is that Jillian is always no nonsense and she's been overweight herself, so she knows what works. It's always good to change routine and this is definitely an option.

Very motivational. Written exactly as you'd expect Jillian to speak. Loads of information, great recipes, challenging workouts.
