This is one of the best macaron books i have seen, as it explains simply just how to make the perfect cookie. I love it, and every recipe looks incredible- i want to cook them all! I highly recommend this book, especially the chocolate macarons- my favourite!
One of the latest cooking crazes is macaroons, French meringue-like biscuits. I liked this book because it had a fool-proof guide to the biscuits (which can be very fickle at the best of times!) at the beginning. The flavours are also well paired and the colours are eye to mouth-watering! A basic book for a complicated cookie. :)
