This book is simply stunning. The photos alone are worth the price of the book. This tells the history of Melbourne's famous strip, Lygon Street, including the wonderful food, with some recipes included. This is a fabulous book that you will read again and again. Equally appealing to those who are not familiar with Lygon Street as it gives wonderful Australian history in the process.

This book was a Christmas present for my husband, Lygon Street being a place we have had many enjoyable visits to during Melbourne holidays. My husband is not a great reader but he read this book from cover to cover over the Christmas holidays, he thought it was wonderful and still keeps reading it. Great book.
