Wasn't sure was going to like this book as the others as it mainly dealt with Butch's story. But was greatly enthralled. There's a lot of too-ing & fro-ing between Butch & the vampire woman that has captured his heart Marissa. But due to misunderstandings from themselves & others the pair although in love with each other believe the other does not feel the same. Things start to come to a head when Butch is gravely injured defending a civilian. It is a start to the truth about who Butch really is & how he fits in with the Brotherhood. With a weird love triangle between Butch, Marissa & Vishous adds a surprising element to a fantastic story delving in the legends of the Brotherhood & the Lesser Society. Things are getting complicated cannot wait for the next one.

The third book of the Black Dagger Brotherhood series. If you do nothing else this year READ THIS BOOK! J.R. Ward has created a world of Vampires and slayers which transcends this one. In Lover Revealed, Zsadist is not prepared to find love. But when the right woman comes along, he needs to conquor the demons of his past in order to find love. Definately recommended!
