Another very cute book from Oliver Jeffers. A very simple story but it effectively explores the themes of friendship and companionship in a way that is easy for children to understand. The illustrations are superb and beautifully rendered, each page is a feast for the eyes. As an illustrator this book is a valuable addition to my collection.
