This is a great book that was given to my dinosaur mad son for his 5th birthday, not too many months later he could pretty much read it all by himself. I hadn't realised Mercer Mayer was still writing new books, so then began a new search for the books that had recently come out. If you love Mercer Mayer this has the same great pics etc. Now that little critter is at school the book seems to appeal to an older audience than many of the original books that appealed to a largely toddler aged audience. A great book for those who have loved all the classics.
