I have been working on my health for general health for about 6 months with a focus on my cholesterol. I want to do a liver and gallbladder flush, as I know that I have gallstones. This book was an excellent purchase for me, because it gave so much detail on the procedure and what I can expect. Excellent information in this book. If instructions are followed correctly the procedure is exceptional. Even if you do not wish to do the actual Liver/kidney flush, the information is worthwhile as it covers a wide range of illness & maladies.

This book would have to be one of my number 1 favourites. It has addressed my on going chronic health issues and I have not felt so well in years.
I followed to a T the suggestions for the gallbladder and liver flush and the results were truly amazing.
Four years ago I was admitted to hospital with acute abdominal pain. Nothing showed on x-rays or scans. I was told I could have small strawberry sized 'stones' in the gallbladder but they would not show up on a scan due to the smallness in size.
So, 4 yrs later, I took part in the liver and gallbladder cleanse and I passed hundreds of large calcified stones which came from the gallbladder. Plus I also passed a large number of bile coloured stones which came from the liver. I followed this with a colonic irrigation which completed the cleanse. It is recommended this procedure be followed every month until one experiences two months where no stones are passed thus indicating now further stones being present in either gallbladder or liver.
I have energy I haven't had for a while and look forward to the next cleanse.
This book is extremely well written. The instructions are clear and the content of this book is geared toward holistic health. I highly recommend this book. It is one book I will not be lending as I refer to it frequently. I have also purchased copies for both my son and daughter.

Wow, this guy knows what he's talking about. I would highly reccomend this to everyone. Awesome results.
