This book provided some really useful exercises that helped me to reflect on and improve my approach to study. The templates that the book provided for completeing a succesfull reading review, and essay are still useful to me to this day. When read in conjunction with A Guide To Learning Independently by Lorraine Marshall and Frances Rowland, anyone new to tertiary studies can vastly improve their skills and gain so much more confidence in themselves.
