About the Author
Ian Sidaway originally trained as a graphic designer and has been working as an artist since 1970. He is the author of almost 20 art techniques books including Learn to Paint with Watercolour, and Painting with Oils, Acrylics and Gouache (both Southwater), and The Instant Artist, which won the Artist's Choice Art Instruction Book of the Year award in 2001. His other published works include How To Draw Buildings (New Holland); Colour Mixing Bible (David & Charles); How To Draw Still Life (New Holland); The Watercolourist's Guide to Art Papers (David & Charles) and Pastels (Sunburst Books). Sarah Hoggett is a writer and editor who specializes in practical art, photography and craft titles. She was Consultant Editor on The Practical Encyclopedia of Watercolour (Lorenz Books) and The Practical Encyclopedia of Acrylics, Oils and Gouache (Lorenz Books).

It's a great book for anyone. I would recommend it to anyone. This book is fantastic. If you are looking for a good book then this is it. It keeps you interested and captivated.
