About the Author

Reviews

"Elizabeth Cooke has produced a clearly written and admirably concise work which often uses colloquial examples to help the reader grasp the material. Though no doubt intended primarily for law students, Land Law will appeal to anyone interested in penetrating the
thicket of the law of real property rights."
--GEOMATICA, Vol. 66, 2012
