This book apparently has it's roots in Ancient Egypt with some Ancient Greek influence, alleged written by Hermes (or as he was known in Ancient Egypt, Thoth). This is certainly not considered to be the work of the ancient 'gods' of the same name.
One of many works covering Hermetic theory, the information presented is more than thought provoking. It relates to various 'laws' such as the law of polarity, law of vibration, law of gender, etc.
It's easy to see after reading this book where modern new-age theory may have come from.
I would recommend this book to anybody with an open mind & enjoys reading thought-provoking material.
In my case, it shifted certain perspectives & had relevance in my life & in observations of others & the world around us.
Profound book
