Reviews

"An eye-catching, colourful publication with clear directions, extensive background information and superb photographs ... Text panels give interesting 'asides' on Killarney National Park, Muckross House, Derrynane and the Skelligs, and a Killarney street map, are welcome additions. The most important thing, however, the walking directions are detailed and clear." from John Monaghan's review of the first ed in Irish Mountain Log (Spring 2006) "The layout is refreshingly different, with over 60 fine colour photos showing flora and fauna as well as the panoramic mountain and coastal views. There is good background information on geology, wildlife, travel and where to eat and drink ... It's a nice walk, and a superb book." from John Gillham's review of the first ed in Bootprint December 2005
